Shipping Policy
Shipping cost: $5.95 flat rate, anywhere in Australia.
Processing time: We dispatch within 2 business days after we have your photos.
Delivery time: Usually 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Christmas: Order by 15 December to allow time for Christmas delivery.
Packaging: Strong protective packaging to avoid damage.
Return & Refund Policy
Change of mind: Because every order is custom-made with your photos, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items: Please contact us as soon as you can with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace your magnets or give you a refund, at no extra cost to you.
Your rights: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
